9.31 miles in 1:10:00, 7:31/mi, HR 160.  27:30 warmup, 3.43 miles, 8:01/mi, HR 142.  15:00 Steady State, 2.27 mi, 6:37/mi, HR 176.  27:30 cooldown, 3.61 mi, 7:37/mi, HR 170.

Warm morning (76F) and humid.  Good easy warmup.  Aimed to keep SS miles at 6:40/mi or below.  Took some effort but not overly hard.  Easy cooldown but HR stayed high because I was overheated and couldn't cool down in the humidity.

That's a pretty big temperature jump in 24 hours. What routes are you running out there?

It hit 99F today....figure the odds it'll get below 75 tonite.

I've been running loops in those two neighborhoods that you get to via the connector road behind the mall....they're pretty quiet and have little risk of getting run over. Plus, no crossing of major intersections is required.
