LM warmup (10 reps), 8.13 hilly trail miles in 1:04:54, 7:59/mi, HR 154, 2 mile walk w/ dogs, PU/SU/Leg Ab/Ad/Hamstring ladder (7/7/4/4/4), & stretching. After a long day spend mowing grass, finally got out on my run with a foul mood to burn off. Fairly successful, although getting rained on the last 2 miles didn't help with the mood. Hitting these hills is hard but will get easier the more I do them......I hope. |
