LM warmup (10 reps), 9.35 treadmill miles (incline 1) in 1:11:20, 7:37/mi, w/ 3 mile warmup, 6 x 0.5K @ 5:49/mi (last one 5:40/mi), w/ 2 min rest, 3 mile cooldown. PU/Crunch ladder (7 steps), 4 leg abduction leg raises (4 sets), & stretching. Not bad for treadmill miles, but still mentally difficult. Fast repeats actually made things easier. It was nice to get fast, targeted repeats at the goal pace.
