Legs (and body) were tired today, but got all eleven in a good clip. Tomorrow I need to get some stretching in too!

Have you ever tried a Yoga or Pilates program for stretching? I hate to stretch but I feel like I'm going to have to start doing more. Coming up on 51 in the next month and feeling it!

I bought a Pilates for Athletes book once but never really got into it. Never tried yoga either. I seem to have a tough enough time fitting in the minimal stretching I manage to do regularly! But I need it....I can feel my hip paying the price, and today's hamstring stretches confirmed they have tightened up again, so I'd better get on it before I'm back on the disabled list!
