8 miles in 1:00:25, 7:33/mi, HR 155.  Overcast but pleasant (51F).  Felt better (running) today, so I threw in 10 x 8 sec hill sprints on the steepest parts of the run.  Non-running-wise, woke up with drainage in the back of my throat that's starting to turn into a cough.  Wonderful.

4 miles in 31:14, 7:48/mi, HR 145.  Cooler in the late afternoon (49F).  Legs a bit stiff but kept the effort pretty light.  First double in a while...hard to get motivated for 2-a-days in the winter.

Hope you don't get sick. I've recently read a lot about vitamin D and the immune system. I'm adding D to my supplements in hopes of staying well this winter. Here's a link: http://www.lewrockwell.com/miller/miller25.html The part about flu is about 2/3 of the way down the page.

Take care.

Thanks, I think it was a false alarm since I felt fine today. Or maybe that's why my runs last week didn't go so well. In either event, today is much better and I hope to build on that tomorrow.
