I decided yesterday to get some consistent hot weather running in for a while so what happens....the weather cools significantly.  Only 65 or so when I went out although the sun did finally break through to warm things up a bit.  Decided on a hilly trail run, with four loops up a ~150' incline over 2/10ths of a mile.  Felt pretty good all things considered.  Got some core work in afterwards.

We've got pretty hot weather here at the moment too, the day time temps are averaging 86-95F. What I am trying to do is to constantly water boost. I have a 1,5 litre bottle of water which I will empty twice during the day. Interesting is to weigh yourself before and after your run. After this morning's run I'd dropped 2kg in weight. I also eat some salz prezels after the run.

Keep working on it.
