Dropped saucy off at dance and went to WCCC for a easy run.  Calf is still not great.  I need to go into Paul and get some therapy.  I just have no time since getting back from the trip.  School, track, church calling, and family!  Where do I fit in my runand therapy?  Gotta do it!

Hurricane Invitational-

Some real high points. Our boys could be really good if they would recognize the potential and prioritize. 

We didn't have 6 of our big scorers, so I am looking forward to the meets where everyone is there.
