I really wish they would leave the time change alone. I would much rather have day light savings time year round. I am usually home from work around 4 pm , which gives me about an hour and some change of running in the daylight. I don't know how you guys run early in the morn when it's still dark. To spooky for me.
My leg felt good before the run today, but is very sore at the moment I am bloging this. I have having some discomfort in my hip also. I hope something new is not going on, we will see how it feels tomorrow. My legs felt real wack today not alot of get up and go. I just feel really tired. I need to get more sleep, up at 3:30 every morn for work takes it's toll over a week. My total time today for the run was 54:12.

The first 4 miles were mostly a downhill grade, the last mile came up senic drive all uphill and my pace was faster. Go figure. I also did some weight strenghtening on my core for about 25 min. See ya tomorrow.
