We hit the eliptical again today, nothing spectacular. I did 40 min. kept it between 90 and 95 rpms kind of on the tired side today. I also did 25 min on upper and lower body weight training. Remember if you ain't running your walking. In the famous words of the great Mike Brady, your never really lost, because were ever your at, that's were you'll be.
