My ankle is still a little on the swollen side. So I will continue to ice it and keep it up. I am starting to walk more normal, so hopefully sat. morn. I can go for a run. I thought maybe I would do eliptical today, but there is still some soreness so I will continue to be patient and wait this sprain out. i don't want to try it to early and risk more injury. On sat. it will have been one week, so we will see then. Wish me luck. |
