Just went slow and easy for a couple of miles se how my hamstring would react it was kind of disapointing. At mile two I stopped to do some light strecthing and began my run again and I could not run, my hamstring hurt way bad. So I just turned on my tunes and walked home two miles. Tomorrow I will back out of SGM. I will cross train with my eliptical get my leg better and train for Ogden in the spring. |
