MERRY

CHRISTMAS !!!!

Hello all, I have been gone for a month trying to get my leg to heal up.  And today I hope I am back. Decide to give the old leg a go on this Christmas Eve. So this morn I put on the running garb and straped on the Kayano 13's and away we went. I did'nt try to do anything spectacular. Just did a real easy 4 miler and the leg felt pretty good. Just a little stiffness but for the most part it did fine, so I hope we can keep going with it this week. I wont break my miles down just wanted to do a test run.  It was sure a wonderfull warm morn. it felt great temps wise. But that will change latter today. My total time was 48:16. I also did 30 min of upper body weight training, and 200 crunches.

I hope everyone as a great Christmas and a great New Year.

On a sadder note a sister in our ward passed away this morn. Her name is Jana Fife. She was such a great daughter of God. Jana has been suffering from an illness for about 3  or 4 years.  It will be a sad Christmas for that wonderfull family. My thought's and prayers are with them on the Christmas Eve. I hope they can have some peace knowing that she is with our Father in Heaven.

Catch ya all later.

Hey Curtis, good to have you back! That is sad about Sister Fife, I hadn't heard about that yet. She was a wonderful lady! I worked under her when she was the Stake Primary President and I was a ward President. She was a faithful, loving lady. I'm happy she can be at rest, it's been hard to see her go down hill. Her son, Morgan, is in our ward. I'm glad to know so Tom and I can offer our condolences to him and his wife.
