Well when I got up this morn my leg was pretty sore, it hurt to walk on it and has hurt all day. So I guess if it hurts to walk on I had'nt better run on it. I dont know if it's shin splits or a stress fracture, but it is sure sore. May be some time before I run again. I did do 30 min of upper body weight training today and some crunches, hopefully I can work on keeping my core strong. Well see how it is tomorrow. |
