Ok so I ended up taking a couple of days off. I went hunting with my Bros. Friday, and after My legs were real wack from all the walking and Sat. I will admit I was just lazy. But my goal for this week will beat least 5 days maybe 6 we will see how the hamstring feels.
I did no stretching before my run today, but after I did for about 10 min. My run felt ok my hamstring was a little on the sore side along with some discomfort in my hip. We will see what tomorrow will bring. My total time today was 54:21, I no a little slow but I wanted to take it easy so as not to stress the hamstring. I also did 25 min of upper body weight training to help keep the old core strong.
