Not a whole lot to report today. I did 40 min. on the eliptical, alternating every other lap with a performance workout then recovery lap in the endurance. It is starting to get boring but this is what I can do until my leg feels like hiting the road again. I also did 25 min. of upper and lower body weight training. So that's about it for today. Tomorrow we will be doing the eliptical and ride the Mt. Bike. See ya!! |
