Ran on the eliptical today ground out 35 min worth of a workout, and I also did some light weight training on upper and lower body 20 min. I have also started taking some anti-inflamitory to see if this will help my leg. I will try and do a light run on Mon. and see how things go. If there is no improvement then I will pull out of SGM , hopefully get healed up and start to look towards Ogden Marathon in the spring along with my Bro. Clay. He is pulling out after the news he got at the doc's today. We both have worked pretty hard for SGM this past summer, it is kind of a downer, but there will be other opportunities to do SGM again. You work hard and sometimes it's a crap shoot to see if you stay injury free. |
