My leg was very sore when I got up this morn. did my best throughout the day to try and do some streching. No running today, I did do 30 min. on the Nordic Track eliptical. My leg did'nt hurt at all while doing the eliptical. I also did some light weight training on my upper body and legs about 20 min. worth. I will continue to do the eliptical and streching, and run out on the road when my leg feels like it. I will give this another week maybe two to see if I notice any improvement. If I have to pull out of the SGM this year there will always be next year. Pray for me baby. |
