Another easy does run today. My ankle is still a little sore from being sprained a weel and a half ago. But it is comong along and seems to lossen up after a mile warm up. It is amazing how much leg strength you can loose in a week of not running. I can feel a difference when doing hills. Hopefully it well come back soon. My total time was 1:23:21, with an average pace of 10:09.
