It has been kind of a bummer week for training. I came down with a bad cold at the end of last week and have been fighting it ever sense. Stuffy head and a bad cough deep in my chest, so I have been keeping the running on the down low to try and get over this. I did start to feel better today and went for an easy run. Total time was 1:21:14, with an average pace of 10:15. I will try and do a long run sat. morn early hopefully be feeling much better by then. |
