What difference a good night's sleep and a day of rest. I felt really good this morning, my cold virus is on the way out and I am starting to feel much better. I took it easy on my long run today just wanted to run long and get the legs used to pounding for a couple of hours. I did Harry's Hill today , long and very steep. I felt good all the way up. My last mile on the last good hill coming up out of the river bottoms I felt a little tired, but we gutted it out. My total time today was 2:22:51, with an average pace of 10:07, burned 2278 calories.
