It's a good thing today is a recovery run. I work up this morning with a sore throat, by the end of the day I was achey and feverish. So I thought I would go for a real easy run and try and sweat this stuff out of me. The first four miles I didn't feel to bad, but the last four I could tell my cold was starting to get to me. I did mostly up hill work today. My total time was 1:21:18, with anverage pace of 10:06, right were I felt like running today. I know pretty slow, but it is a recovery run.
