Were did last weeks warm weather go? Today it was brutal, did not have any get up and go, felt tired all the around today. Most of todays workout was uphill. I think last weel I ate better, I don't think i have done as well in that area this week. I will try and do more protein and see if that will help. My total time today was 1:10:27, total calories burned 1295. My mile split are as follows.
