Today I choose a diefferent route, I went down to the bishop's storehouse and came up through the river bottoms. Most of the workout is a graudual uphill run. My time today was 1:02:23.

I only got about 4 hrs. of sleep did'nt feel like I had alot of energy, but a slugged it out. I also did 25 min. of upper and lower weight training. |
