5-Champions Trail-- Took a little detour on my way to the trail this morning to make it a little different. Felt really good this morning.
As I am getting back into being consistent with running, I am trying to keep the mileage lower and slowly work back into it. I really don’t want to overdo it at the beginning just because I am anxious to get back to running and am feeling fresh. So that brings up the grand total of 14 miles this week and I am happy about it. I hit my goal this week and looking forward to another great week.
