PM... [E] 6 mile run (39:33, 6:35 pace). Normal DT Bountiful run, then stopped by the VHS track and did one mile of speed builds. Felt a million times better today and pace was OK. Legs felt good, stomach felt good... I'm bouncing back from the last few days of being under the weather. Tomorrow I'll do a couple of miles on [M] pace again. |
