Easy morning run with Nikki.

Two great pictures from the race on Saturday of my sweet Chloe. They are my most favorite pictures of the entire year.

PM - 8/51:43/6:28 First progression run that I've been able to complete 6:38-6:18. Would've liked to have finished up around 6:00 but I could tell it wasn't going to happen today. Also first double in quite some time. I'm thinking I need to do more of these.

7/51:54 easy recovery run. I really had zero motivation to run today and a really weak stomach so I headed to the gym. I really didn't think I would make it through the run but made it ok. It's getting cold today. brrrrrrr.

9.13/60:00 The problems with living in a basement. Checked weather report at 6:00 AM and it said 20mph wind and cold so I went back to sleep. Got ready left for work, walked outside to a beautiful morning. By the time Iw as able to go around lunch time cold and windy so I hit the gym. I wanted to go farther but really didn't have much in me. I slept horrible last night. I did manage to catch the Boys Footlocker Nationals while working good race.
