AM 11/1:16 with Curt coming down from Iron Rim. Just starting to get in some down hill training for the races coming up. I can tell I haven't done these much as I feel a bit like hamburger. Great company to do this and I think it's now going to be a regular run for the next couple of months. PM 5/33:41 After this morning I needed to shake my legs out. They were pretty stiff and sore so I figured this would be the best thing for them. After a few miles they started to loosen up and feel really good, finished off an easy run with a couple of pace miles. |
