Not really mentally or physically ready to run much yet. I would say I've hit a pretty burnt out period. Not worried too much, just going to need a bit of a break with some pretty lax running when I feel like it. My alarm went off this morning at 5 to go run with the guys but I could not force myself to get out, couple that with my tight hamstring and it was a pretty easy excuse not to go. Work has been super busy and I've been doing solid 11 hr + days so that is a pretty big contributor to feeling so trashed. House should start next week and I'm moving into a small apartment this weekend or first of the week. woo hoo. |
