AM - 4.4/38 Ran with Nikki again this morning. I had less than zero motivation to run. I was wallowing in self pity because my ankle is still hurt after all this time, my arch on the same leg was hurting pretty bad yesterday and my hamstring/butt still hurts. I feel like I am still pretty beat up and was going to take another week off, not like I thought that it would do much better. I actually thought about taking a couple months off yesterday to try to get everything better. Well, after a mile into the run I started shedding all the pity crap and started to feel decent. By the end of the run I was ready to run a lot more and brought stuff to possibly run at lunch. I think the key may be just getting out the door and I'm lucky enough to have a wife who also likes to run and she got me out this morning.

Glad you got through the mental block, now let's just hope the niggles will clear up soon. No need to push it too fast, but glad to see you out there.

Nice job working through it! It is nice to have a spouse that likes to be active
