AM - 4 super soft miles with Nikki this morning. Great easy morning run. PM - 10.55 Aerobic workout. Sat on a 7:05 pace which is really uneasy for me. I would rather go faster or slower so I figured this would be a good aerobic workout pace. Finished 10.55/1:14:10/7:04 right where I wanted. THis was also the first time this year I've really dehydrated myself running. |
