Felt a lot better than yesterday. Legs started rolling and felt good. Wind got me on a few miles, that and the hills took me out of pace. Low energy when I got done but I know that's more of a fueling issue because I don't take anything on these types of runs. 10.5/69min/6:36 My daughter's Jr. High track coach had them try to do another hard workout yesterday and they have a meet today?? I told her next time to not listen to him and that she shouldn't do two or three hard days in a row. Next time he wants them to do 100's or 200's after a 400 repeat day to run them slow. I figured I could skip helping on Tuesdays but maybe not. |
