Woke up to high winds, so I went to the gym. It was kind of nice because I slept in, took my time getting ready, ate breakfast and slowly found my way to the gym. Good, bad or ugly I preloaded with ibuprofen to make it through my run. Ankle felt surprisingly good and I got through the run without much pain. Slight twinge around 12 or 13. First 13 or so at slow MP then kicked it up to goal pace to finish off. Didn't have much left at the end, no surprise my fitness has taken a dive the last couple of weeks . 16/1:45:56/6:37 |
