AM. 3 mile warm up and then 2-11:58, 2-11:58, 2-11:59, 1-5:58. This was a portion of a Hanson Brothers Half Marathon Prep run I came acrossed. I could quite finish the last 2 mile rep and didn't have time for the cool down so it was incomplete. I wasn't hoping for much because I haven't been training for anything and I've been sick. I'm just barely starting to feel better. I've decided not to run outside early in the week no matter what the weather looks like to give my lungs a break from blowing that much cold air. Hopefully it will help. PM. 5 mile shakeout at a relaxed pace. It's been awhile since I've done double and it was kinda tough but a good workout nonetheless. |
