2 mile warm in 14:00. My hips were really tight to begin with so I was wondering how this would go but they loosened up after a couple miles.

3 miles in 18:47 MP Started to settle into pace; legs still a little flat

3 miles in 18:00 HMP Pace felt manageable and not forced. Legs still felt pretty good

2 mile cool down in 14:00

Good work out. I wanted to get some quality in the first of this week before I start to just get time and distance on my legs and focus on running a good race on Saturday.

Hey Craig, you did awesome in Boston, I was so happy for you. What race are you running this weekend?

From crhudman on Thu, May 02, 2013 at 11:37:04 from 69.92.59.211

Marlin - Thanks I was supper happy with my Boston time. I'm going to Boise with Jeff and running the Lake Lowell Half Marathon. Jeff's doing the full. I'm using it to see how I'm setting up for Ogden Marathon here in a couple of weeks of course I might just run whatever pace someone wants to go out in and the slower the better. Are you running Ogden?

From Marlin on Thu, May 02, 2013 at 12:39:12 from 70.196.194.120

I am running Ogden, I sure hope for some nice weather. Your training has been amazing I see!!! You will do great.
