10/1:04:47/6:29 2 mile warm in 14:00. My hips were really tight to begin with so I was wondering how this would go but they loosened up after a couple miles. 3 miles in 18:47 MP Started to settle into pace; legs still a little flat 3 miles in 18:00 HMP Pace felt manageable and not forced. Legs still felt pretty good 2 mile cool down in 14:00 Good work out. I wanted to get some quality in the first of this week before I start to just get time and distance on my legs and focus on running a good race on Saturday. |
