3 mile warm up 22:18 I was feeling pretty good today. Legs are starting to come back. 4x1600x800 1600@5:27 3rd and 4th ones were really tough. This was a stretch but I wanted to get in some speed reps before Saturday 800@7:00 Just enough to recovery, more or less 3 mile cool down 22:18 I was tired but was happy with the work out. I could hear the wind slamming against the building today as I was running. What a horrible windy day. |
