Last day of spinning, hopefully. Ankle is still not right but I'm going to try and run tomorrow AM with my wife at what should be a really soft pace and go from there. 20 miles of spinning does not equal 10 miles of running in effort. It always takes some time to work into the cardio and HR I'm looking for on a bike.
So my wife is still on her weight loss kick and she keeps asking me what to do and I always say run more. I found this quote which proves my point. If you run 100 miles a week, you can eat anything you want -- Why? Because (a) you'll burn all the calories you consume, (b) you deserve it, and (c) you'll be injured soon and back on a restricted diet anyway, -- Don Kardong
