Easy 5 mile warmup with Nikki and then I repeated the loop at a faster but still relaxed pace. It was good to run outside this morning but I almost choked on my balaclava trying to breathe. These things are going to be the death of me. Lunch speed work out. Heart rate was way high so pace was more conservative and I really didn't push it too hard. 8/51:17/6:25. I feel like the top of my foot is bruised?? Seems weird. Started taking antibiotics a couple of days ago. I can still tell I'm not quite right when I run hard I can feel the infection in my teeth and nasal cavity. Energy is still low but it is improving.
