AM - 7 track work out 6x800 2:53 avg. not quite what I wanted but I'm feeling a touch fatigued from yesterday. Worked until late mowing and getting ready to leave. PM - 7 5@MP (32:01) Warm up/ Cool Down. Decided to throw a tempo run on top of a track workout to see how I held up. Next few days should be at a much softer pace running with my wife. I like the new shoes so far. |
