AM - 7.2 Ankle is still pretty soft. I had a tough time breathing this morning. I could really taste the smoke in the air. After the run and shower I fell back to sleep for 30 minutes. PM - 14.45 on a bike. I just don't want to push this ankle at this point. I figure running in the morning is about all I should be doing. I hate spinning, but I did get in a pretty hard effort. Why is it I can run forever and walk fine afterward but put me on a bike for a few miles and I feel like I could tip at any point. |
