AM - 4 Slept in a bit ran real soft with Nikki. After I was done and the kids were off to school I climbed back in bed and fell asleep for 30 minutes. PM - 8.14 Lunch loop plus I added the hill to work on driving through with my quads and lifting with my hamstrings (thanks Jeff) it seems sometimes I can make myself believe that a soft uphill is downhill. Pretty weird when its all going on I feel a touch light headed most of the time it happens. |
