AM - 14.5 I need to get out of this only running 4 days a week rut I've been in. Seems like I run good 3 days a week and then fall off. That's ok because I've needed the break. Now I'll see if I can get in some kind of shape for the Idaho Falls Half I signed myself up for. PM - 6.1 Lunch loop. New shoes. Super hot. Heading to Boise tomorrow night for the 4th.
