| | Just a good old time, but the wind was definitely there. Did some indoor tag + strength training afterwards.

| | Today was just a good time. Me and Seth and Trevor wanted to do a bit of modest run, yet no matter how much we tried it was to no avail. Anyways Seth and I actually did the trail at AF that we were supposed to do so we got more mileage. After the run, we did strides and had some good strength training. Overall very fun and i am quite excited for the race on friday.

| | Today was just really awesome, except for the fact that I didn't get to race at the ice oval. But I had one of the best runs ever by myself today. I went 7:00 pace to the canyon, then up the canyon at a 6:28 pace for 2 miles. Down the canyon 2 miles at 6:15 pace, then I went for a 4:57 mile right out of the mouth of the canyon. After that I slowed down to 6:22 pace to the school.

| | First hill workout today,it was a relativley good time. I didnt feel that good, but i have been feeling a little bit of a cold for the last few days.
Anyway, I did 100 pushups today, in 3 sets: 30, 30, 40, the 40 was quite rough.
In conclusion, i feel quite optimistic about these next couple of training weeks.

Los Patos Crab Invitational (0.063 Miles) 00:00:48, Place overall: 1, Place in age division: 1 | | Well we did 8 miles to warm up for the crab invite, for those of you who don't know, basically it's an extremely competitive 100 meter crab walk. Well as the race started, I exploded outwards in a fit of rage, and then I kept up pace, then my arms started giving out, then I finished in 48 seconds, only 6 seconds of the world record, a near photo finish in the crab-racing community. No cool down afterwards. Shoutout to Zack for getting 2nd place and being one of 4 finishers in the men's division.

| | Yes I know this is my first post in months, yet I figured I'd do It anyway. Today we meandered our way around on a half mile loop because coach said we needed to do a half mile to decide on what run we should do. I think we should have just prayed about it. Either way we ran up middle spring in lambert. I had a lot of cake because it was my moms bday yesterday, so it was a little rough. Anyway I finished the run with Justin, Will, and I all pushing the pace back to the park. Then I did and and push-ups. An excellent time for sure. I did a few cool down miles in the afternoon just to make sure my legs weren't to stiff in the morning for the tempo.

| | 10.5 mile run with tempo mile splits of 6:00, 5:50, 5:40. Pretty quick and my stomach hurts bit. Then I did a 2.6 mile run at around 9, just cause. I went for the segment record on Strava but took a wrong turn and buckled. Still got 4th though. Good day pretty much, I've just been trying to eat better and sleep more so ya.

| | In the morning I did 9 miles with the team, it felt pretty decent. We ran the girls tempo with them. And somehow they found out about the LPN4. Anyways that was slightly awkward. Then I did 3.5 miles by myself at around 8:30. Pretty good time overall. Felt pretty fresh.

| | Good run with the team today up corner canyon. 8.5 very hill filled tough miles. Wanted to get the mileage up and keep my legs stretched so i did 2.5 by myself at 7pm. Overall a good day.
