10.5 mile run with tempo mile splits of 6:00, 5:50, 5:40. Pretty quick and my stomach hurts bit. Then I did a 2.6 mile run at around 9, just cause. I went for the segment record on Strava but took a wrong turn and buckled. Still got 4th though. Good day pretty much, I've just been trying to eat better and sleep more so ya.
