Keep running. Move into triathlons and get stronger. Keep succeeding at half marathons and the occasional marathon.

Personal:

I know Sasha from the CS program at BYU. We both graduated in 1997. He probably doesn't remember me, because he was definitely more vocal in class and among the students than I was.

Married to Teresa with 3 kids: Anders (4), Kristian (9), and Zoe (12).

Fluent in Danish, but there is obviously very little need for that.

Got some gua-sha work on my ankles last night. After a tight mile warm up this morning and a stretch, things felt loose and great.

AM: Just had time for 5 miles. I'm trying to make sure I have enough sleep to get completely over the cold. Will go for another 3 in the evening.

Yo, CG!!! I've been leaving comments for so many people that I thought I should drop by and say "hi" to you, too. I'm getting a sore throat and a stuffy nose. Thanks for giving me your cold. And I like to have this deep, sultry voice (far better than the squeeky voice I usually have). Hope you're feeling better! :o)

Glad to hear the Gua sha is working for you. Who is doing to for you? I love the stuff.

Hey Craig! Thanks for letting me know about the WBR team you are doing. My friend I was going to do it with just backed out because she just found out she's pregnant! So since we were kinda a package deal, I'll have to politely decline. Thanks for thinking of me though & for responding to my request!I'll keep my ears open for girls who may want to do it! BTW- you look totally familiar to me (just going off the blog pic) I was at BYU Provo 1991-1995- maybe we crossed paths on campus?

That Gua-sha is pretty neat stuff! I think I did it a little too hard on myself. I have three bruises on my ankle. I'll go a little lighter next tim. I'm gonna have to buy some of those cool tools!

From josse on Mon, Apr 14, 2008 at 11:59:32

Some times the bruising lasts longer than others. If you can stand it hard then do it hard. The bruising is what you want to see. But light will work as well.
