When I started running again, back in March 2008, a 10-minute mile felt SO hard to me. It was very discouraging. However, as I have been more consistent with my running, 10-minute miles feel really easy. Today, ran with Megan. Did an almost 5 mile run in 43:30. Felt really good. Could have gone faster. I'd like to be a consistent 8-minute/mile runner. It's going to take a lot though to break through. |
