Cold this morning. Had a decent run. Didn't pick up the pace early enough in the last few miles to get under 8. I thought about running around the block a couple of times, but then I thought again and went inside and took a warm shower.

Last night I went with my wife to her workout class. Worked my prepubecent arms a bit. I was worried that I would feel sore and/or sluggish this morning, but felt pretty good.

Ran up Cloverdale and then ran with Neil for a few miles. Chatted about BYU, BSU and the state of Montana. Then I ran home.

Rainy this morning. It's hard to stay dry and cool at the same time without freezing.  Didn't push it that hard. The body was kind of achy after that workout the other night, plus with the rain I just wasn't feeling it.

I forgot to turn on the Garmin until halfway through the run, so I don't know what my pace was. Probably close to 8:30.

28 degrees again this morning. It's going to be a long winter. I'm already tired of the cold.

Had a pretty good run this morning. Got the pace under 8 right at the end. Wasn't really interested in going much faster than that this time. Saturday's looking busy, so I'll probably only get one more run in this week.

Not as chilly this morning. Started off at a pretty easy pace then picked up after about 3 miles. The last two were around 7:30.
