| | Boise, ID 6:30 am Pace: 8:14 Ran the usual MWF course with Randy, but cut it two miles short. I could have gone the whole way, but I don't want to push it while coming back from the injury. I think I'll do 5 again tomorrow and try the 7 on Wednesday. Ankle is still sore, especially moving side to side, turning corners. Randy said he was glad we cut it short because his knee was tightening up during the last mile.

| | Boise, ID 6:30 am Pace: 8:26 Feeling sore today. The ankle is about the same, but the legs were really heavy. I guess that's what taking three weeks off will do. Plus, I pedaled for an hour last night, so I was feeling kind of wiped out. Going to do the 7-miler tomorrow.

| | Boise, ID 6:30 am Pace: 8:27 Rough one this morning. I started out slow and sped up during the first 4 miles, but then dropped off to around 8:30 the rest of the way. Ankle is feeling a little better each day, but my legs feel weak from the time off. Just have to tough it out through this week and hopefully things will get better.

| | Meridian, ID (Treadmill) 6:30 am I hate treadmills. But, it snowed last night and I don't think my ankles are ready to be slipping and twisting on the ice just yet.

| | Boise, ID 6:30 am Pace: 8:17 I'm looking forward to next week because I'm hoping that since it won't be the first week back, it won't hurt so much. Ankle is feeling much better, still not 100%, but I have some pain in my legs and groin. Just starting up again aches and pains, I hope. I felt like Randy was pulling me along the whole way, but during the last mile, he asked me "are we running faster or am I just tired?" So I wasn't the only one feeling tired.

| | Meridian, ID 9:15 am Pace: 7:57 I really didn't know how far I would end up running today. I chose a course with a few shortcuts back home. When I started out, I thought I would be cutting it really short because I was feeling sore, but those little pains went away soon. It was nice to get in a long-ish hard run. Good for the confidence. Ready for my day of rest and a good week next week.
