Couldn't sleep, so I decided to go out for a run. Felt really good for about 5 miles. I should have only done the 6 mile loop. Stretched it out to 8 and had to walk a mile and a half back to the hotel. It was a really cold walk. It appears that I will need to be taking more time off and my streak of 100-mile months will end at 58.
