A very good run this morning. Felt strong the whole way and increased the pace every mile.

I wore the Ghost 2s again. They felt good until the very end when the blister on the back of my foot ripped off and it started to hurt. I tried lacing them up tightly at the top. Maybe I need to keep them looser.
